This is a very simple unit use — basically you put the batteries in (or use the AC adaptor) and take a look at the quick start manual to set up date and time (important if you want to compare a.m. and p.m, readings). You then slip your upper arm into the cuff and secure it by gripping it a bit to secure the velcro – very east. What I really like about this is that it only takes about 30 seconds to take your blood pressure and pulse. The display of the numbers if large and easy to read, and I like the graphic “thermometer” like display that also shows the range of your blood pressure. The unit has other features – mostly around remembering, averaging, and displaying past readings – these are not really of interest to me.

I will note that unit has given me very consistent reads of my blood pressure over about 2 weeks that closely match long-term readings taken at my doctor’s. The unit seems to be accurate.

No complaints here, other than fact unit is a bit bulky but that is in part to support the large display.
